Stranded

In London. After waiting for infomation for three hours after the last announcement at the GATES and expecting our flight to come from Manchester even though it was quite late, they eventually told us that our flight was cancelled. In the meantine, we had been watching flights setting off and other flights from easyjet being cancelled as well, BUT WITH A HOTEL AND A FLIGHT GUARANTEED FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY, that we were not told. The people who wanted to go to Bilbao, had to do the things on their own... NO FACILITIES, NO NOTHING!

We decided to stay there... With not much more to lose but the warm welcome of our families (and I guess many people were at that same situation). But we decided to stay at the gates. We staid because we were discriminated, we were not informed at all... They left us HOPELESS! At a moment our flight even dissapeard from the departure board... They couldn't expect that we were not going to give up easily, and surprisingly we resisted in a polite way, and asked for some solution, ANY SOLUTION, because we were NOT given any. Most people that came to talk to us were nice, but had nothing valuable for us to say. Some policemen were polite, but some others were not. Who has the right to tell you sarcastically that you may have to spend your Christmas holidays at Stansted?... At least, we spent the whole night...

Anyway, we tried to fight for our rights... And are still fighting. We'll see if we get any refund for this "INCONVENIENCE caused..."

From London... Yet.
